Our process for creating custom home extensions and renovations across Brisbane, Bardon, Coorparoo, Holland Park, and Paddington is simple and straightforward. In just 8 steps, we take your project from conceptual to physical. We consider this a collaborative project from start to finish – customer satisfaction is a key factor for us at Dirsell Constructions.
We’ll listen to your concepts and vision for your custom home, and create concept drawings of the extensions and renovations. Depending on the complexity of your project, our architects (or draftsperson and architects of your choosing) will draw up detailed plans. From there, we move on to soil testing & engineering documentation, then quotation, then applying for permits. Once we begin construction, our focus shifts to three main aspects: quality, communication, and customer satisfaction.
Once the extensions or renovations are complete, we go to lengths to ensure you are totally satisfied with your extensions or renovations. After all, if you’re not happy, neither are we.

With more than 12 years of experience in the construction industry, Director John Harris has worked on many different types of projects across Brisbane, from complex heritage listed homes, to detailed Buddhist temples.
