Awesome experience renovating with Dirsell Constructions. John and his team did an amazing job adding a bathroom on to our 1970s house and matched everything and made it look like it has always been there. Keeping us informed throughout the whole process and we could not be happier with the final product. Couldn’t rate Dirsell Constructions higher they truly are the renovation specialist.

Our experience with John and the team at Dirsell has been exceptional. We had done a small bathroom renovation 10 years ago with another company and given that experience we were dreading the larger renovation of a new kitchen, dining room, deck, backyard, pool and services for a future downstairs bathroom. However, the experience with Dirsell could not have been smoother, and was actually enjoyable!
From the outset John understood our vision and found solutions, guided us where needed, explained options, and always gave us the time and details to make informed decisions we were comfortable with. John’s communication style was great, with weekly site meetings and very responsive on phone and email.
The day-to-day of the build itself was much smoother and easier than expected and his crew are friendly, hard working and professional. John is pretty particular when it comes to subcontractors, and that along with his high attention to detail shows in an impressive end result.
We highly recommend and we would definitely use them again.

Even with a few delays from our own suppliers, some design changes by us along the way and a year of COVID, everything was finished on our tight schedule. The attention to detail and the quality of their work are exceptional. So too are their honesty, transparency, coordination and communication. Nothing we asked of them was ever too much.
