Rural Family Home – Somerset, Brisbane
This wonderful Completed New Build Project Somerset, Brisbane is another fine example of High-Quality Workmanship from the Dirsell Constructions Team. A unique small lot build in a traditional rural setting was the focus of the initial design.
Due to its location, there were several obstacles that we successfully overcame. One obstacle, in particular, was the fact that there is no sewer system available, which meant we needed a holding tank on the block. It was imperative, that despite this provision, we would not compromise the overall design of the building. Some elements of the design were also factored around Bushfire Safety, due to the property being situated within a Bushfire zone.
John and the team oversaw the complete project from the first dig & pour in March to the final coat of paint and handover in October. The attention to detail throughout the build was acknowledged by the client.
