Beautiful Mount Gravatt East Home Renovation
This beautiful suburban Mount Gravatt East Home Renovation has been completed by the Dirsell Constructions team. This complete internal renovation of a post war home, has been transformed into mid century modern design. The collaboration with interior designers, Lloyd & Lloyd Designers has seen this wonderful property be converted from three bedrooms and one bathroom to three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Utilising other areas of the property and integrating a smart design allowed us to maintain the size of the bedrooms, despite adding an additional room! As with all Dirsell Constructions Projects, attention to detail was at the forefront of every step we took.
Some of the key elements of this build project were:
- Terrazzo feature tiles in the bathroom. This is something we love to emphasise when we complete a project like this. We are all about attention to detail and ensuring the client loves the end product. When using tiles in this manner, it is essential to ensure all the tiles lined up with switches, taps, etc.
- Incorporated a tiled feature wall in the kitchen cabinetry (under bench).
- A stylish cylinder range hood in kitchen was something different and a really cool feature.
- Fluted glass louvred windows.
- Pascal Pink Grout (ensuite) .
- Featured wall paper.
