Challenges Overcome

Building in a rural setting presents a unique set of challenges.

With no available sewer system, a holding tank was required on site. Careful planning ensured this essential provision did not compromise the overall design or visual appeal of the home.

Additionally, the property’s classification within a Bushfire Zone required design adjustments and material considerations to meet safety standards while preserving architectural integrity.

The team also managed the practical complexities of a small lot build in a rural environment, ensuring efficient scheduling, delivery coordination and quality control from commencement through to completion.
